Come as You Are— We’ll Meet You There.
Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, especially if you've had negative experiences with therapy before. At Wildwood Counseling Services, we strive to make mental health care approachable, judgment-free, and centered around you. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, identity exploration, or simply trying to figure out your next step, we are here to support you at your own pace.
Our practice is built on the belief that therapy should be a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to show up exactly as you are. We are proud to be an LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent-affirming practice, ensuring that all identities and experiences are welcomed and respected. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to receive support—therapy here is about meeting you where you’re at. If eye contact feels uncomfortable, that’s okay. If you need to move around, use fidgets, or communicate in a way that works best for your brain, we support that. This is a place where you can unmask, advocate for yourself, and truly be heard.
We offer individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as ADHD evaluations for both children and adults. For those who may benefit from additional support alongside therapy, medication management services are also available. Our team is trained in various evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, and we tailor each session to your unique needs. Therapy is never one-size-fits-all, and we work together to ensure you're only focusing on what feels right for you.
To make care as accessible and stress-free as possible, we offer both virtual and in-person therapy options. Our secure online platform allows clients across Ohio and Michigan to receive support from the comfort of home, while our office in Toledo, Ohio, provides a warm, welcoming space for in-person sessions.
If you’ve been searching for a therapist who understands, respects, and truly listens, we’re here for you. Whether you're ready to schedule or just want to learn more about our approach, reach out in whatever way feels best—call, text, or email.
You deserve support that fits you, and we’re honored to be a part of your journey.
