Providing a Safe Space to Find Your Strength
Life can feel like a storm when you’re navigating the unique challenges of ADHD or the complexities of living as part of the LGBTQIA+ community. For women with ADHD, the chaos of scattered thoughts, unmet expectations, and the weight of never feeling “enough” can feel overwhelming. For LGBTQIA+ individuals, the journey of self-discovery and the pressures of society often add layers of uncertainty and emotional fatigue. In those moments, it’s easy to feel lost, disconnected, or stuck.
In a warm and affirming space, I help clients embrace their neurodivergence, untangle overwhelming emotions, and develop tools to find calm amidst life’s chaos. Therapy with me is collaborative, meeting you exactly where you are. Whether we’re exploring your identity, managing the challenges of ADHD, or building emotional resilience, we’ll work together to uncover your strengths, heal from past experiences, and create clarity. Using approaches like DBT and ACT, we’ll focus on practical, meaningful steps toward confidence, connection, and self-acceptance.
You don’t have to weather the storm alone. Whether you’re feeling scattered, stuck, or ready to rediscover yourself, I’m here to support you. Together, we’ll navigate the challenges, embrace what makes you unique, and help you step into a life where you feel authentic, empowered, and in control—no matter how chaotic the winds may seem.
