Jamie Sheehan, MSW, LSW

MASTER’S LEVEL LICENSED SOCIAL WORKER (SHE/HER)

Uncovering Strength in Your Journey

Therapy can be a powerful act of self-love, and Jamie offers a welcoming, goal-oriented space where you can work through anxiety, self-esteem challenges, relationship conflicts, work stress, grief, and more. Specializing in helping clients with disordered eating, body dysmorphia, major life transitions, substance use recovery, and end-of-life care, Jamie’s approach is rooted in authenticity and nonjudgment.

Working with adolescents and adults aged 13-60, Jamie encourages you to move at your own pace, only discussing what feels comfortable in session. Her aim is to build a relationship where honesty and trust flourish, and you feel supported throughout your journey. Therapy may feel intimidating, but it can also be a path to relief, empowerment, and transformation. As Brene Brown said, "Only when you are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light."
