Courtney Howell, MSW, LISW

Master’s level licensed independent social worker (she/her)

"All kids need is a little help, a little hope and someone who believes in them." - Magic Johnson.

Whether your child is "acting out" at school or home, experiencing anxiety symptoms or panic attacks, exploring their identity or sexuality, or going through significant life changes, I would love to help them work through it! As adults, life has a way of presenting us with challenges that would seem nearly impossible to overcome. These factors impact our thoughts, feelings and often change our daily routines and behavior outside of our norm, making it difficult to find our internal peace. I have found these same adversities in kids.

In therapy, I hold creative and open spaces for children, adolescents, and teens, using resources, education and introducing individualized interventions to support their own unique journeys towards healing. In our collaborative work together, my clients find welcoming, approachable and affirming care in an informal setting. I look forward to working with you!
