Specialties: She helps individuals who are grappling with trauma, burnout, and caregiver fatigue from working in the helping profession, or are a parent who has experienced trauma/overwhelm during their parenting journey and have had children diagnosed with a variety of different challenges. Additionally, she specializes in assisting individuals before and after undergoing bariatric surgery, providing tailored guidance.
It is important to note that she is well-versed in the practice of EMDR.
