Young adulthood is a time of various changes and pivotal decisions as we seek to explore aspects of our identity, our growing independence, and discover our place in the world. I want to help you improve relationship dynamics and foster healthy communication. I look forward to helping you regain control over your life.

Vibe: Her clients appreciate her gentle and understanding approach.

Clientele: She offers individual and couples counseling to adults. 

Specific trainings: She is trained in EMDR.

Location: 3454 Oak Alley Court, Suite 505, Toledo, OH. She offers both in-person and telehealth sessions. 

Availability: Weekday evenings.
